1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting this website, submitting a booking, requesting transport or using any service offered by KIMU Transport & Multiservices, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Do not use our services if you do not agree with these terms.
2. Our Services
KIMU Transport may provide car rental, airport transfer, private transport, ride-request services, car-loan support, accommodation assistance, supply services and other related multiservices.
The availability, price and conditions of a service may depend on location, vehicle type, travel distance, schedule and customer needs.
3. Booking Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate booking information, including their name, telephone number, pickup point, destination, travel date and preferred service.
KIMU Transport is not responsible for delays or booking problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information submitted by the customer.
4. Booking Confirmation
Sending a booking request does not always mean that the booking has been confirmed. A booking becomes confirmed after KIMU Transport or an authorised representative accepts it and communicates the confirmation to the customer.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices may be calculated according to distance, time, vehicle category, fuel costs, waiting time, special requirements and other operational factors.
The customer must pay the agreed amount using an approved payment method. Any additional service, waiting time, route change or damage may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellations
Customers should cancel a booking as early as possible by contacting KIMU Transport. A cancellation fee may apply when a driver or vehicle has already been dispatched.
KIMU Transport may cancel or reschedule a service due to safety concerns, vehicle problems, severe weather, road restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must behave respectfully, follow reasonable safety instructions and avoid any conduct that may endanger the driver, vehicle, passengers or members of the public.
Illegal items, dangerous materials and activities prohibited by law are not permitted in KIMU vehicles.
8. Vehicle Use
Customers using rental vehicles must comply with the rental agreement, traffic laws and all instructions provided by KIMU Transport.
The customer may be responsible for loss, unauthorised use, avoidable damage, fines or penalties arising during the rental period.
9. Delays and Service Interruptions
We work to provide timely services, but travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, security checks, mechanical problems and other events outside our control.
Estimated pickup and arrival times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, bypass security, obtain unauthorised access, submit false information or interfere with its normal operation.
11. Intellectual Property
The KIMU Transport name, logo, website content, graphics, text, photographs and other materials belong to KIMU Transport or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, modified, republished or used commercially without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KIMU Transport is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms removes any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website or services is handled according to our Privacy Policy .
14. Changes to These Terms
KIMU Transport may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, legal obligations or operating procedures change.
The updated version becomes effective when published on this website.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith communication with KIMU Transport.
