App Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using KIMU Ride, you agree to these App Terms of Use.

2. About KIMU Ride

KIMU Ride is operated by KIMU Transport & Multiservices and allows customers to request rides, book vehicles and access transport services.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

4. Ride Requests

Ride requests are subject to driver availability, location, weather, traffic and operational conditions.

KIMU Transport does not guarantee immediate driver availability.

5. Driver Accounts

Drivers must submit valid documents before approval.

KIMU Transport reserves the right to approve, suspend or deactivate driver accounts at any time.

6. Payments

Ride prices are calculated according to distance, vehicle category, waiting time and other operational factors.

All payments must be completed using approved payment methods.

7. Cancellations

Customers and drivers should cancel rides only when necessary.

Repeated unnecessary cancellations may result in account restrictions.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Respect drivers and passengers.
• Follow Rwanda traffic laws.
• Do not transport illegal items.
• Do not misuse the application.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud.
• Fake ride requests.
• Harassment.
• Sharing accounts.
• Attempting to hack the platform.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy .

11. GPS & Location

The application may collect your location while using ride services in order to match customers with nearby drivers.

12. Notifications

The application may send booking, payment and ride notifications.

13. Service Availability

We strive to keep the application available at all times, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance or technical issues.

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, software, graphics, trademarks and content belong to KIMU Transport unless otherwise stated.

15. Limitation of Liability

KIMU Transport shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or damages beyond its reasonable control.

16. Changes

These App Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
